By accessing or using the Buraq Logistics website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Description
Buraq Logistics LLC provides international freight forwarding, customs clearance, consolidated cargo (LCL), full truck load (FTL), air freight, rail freight, warehousing, and door-to-door delivery services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
2. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information for shipments, comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Uzbekistan and destination countries, ensure your cargo is not prohibited or restricted for transport, pay all applicable fees and charges in a timely manner.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by Buraq Logistics are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on information provided at the time of quotation and may be adjusted if cargo specifications change. Final pricing will be confirmed upon booking.
4. Liability and Insurance
Buraq Logistics carries cargo insurance for all shipments. Liability is governed by international conventions including the CMR (road), Warsaw/Montreal Convention (air), and COTIF/CIM (rail), as applicable. We recommend obtaining additional insurance for high-value goods.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited for transport: illegal drugs and narcotics, weapons and explosives, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials without proper declaration, perishable goods without appropriate packaging, and any items prohibited by Uzbek or international law.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service type. Shipments cancelled before loading may incur a nominal administrative fee. Shipments in transit cannot be cancelled. Refunds are processed within 14 business days for eligible cancellations.
7. Claims
Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery for visible damage, and within 30 days for non-visible damage. Claims must include supporting documentation including photographs and original shipping documents.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Buraq Logistics LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Buraq Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Total liability is limited to the value of the shipment as declared.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
